Hi ,

i have problem with opmanager , every 3 days it gives me error of

and i need to restart opmanager service to make it work again .

 

 

today it happen again and i have tried to restart opmanager service but now opmanager server is not starting

 

i have seen in LOGS/WRAPPER.CONF  file and seen when i have tried to shutdown the opmanager server it did not able to stop COLLECTER PROCESS.

 

AFTER THE MESSAGE  " ALL THE CONNECTION TO DATABASE IS DISCONNECTED SUCCESSFULLY "  I HAVE TRIED TO RESTART THE SERVICES OPMANAGER.

 

but it seems it hang up in the middel and not able to start fully.

 

i m " copy pasting " the log here, also attaching the file..

 

we are not monitoring anything in our production network coz of this as opmanager is not working ..plz help me to find the solution .
