Hello - A linux question
Hello, I have been testin ServiceDesk Plus for some time now, and its very very good software. I have done my testing on Windows 2003 server and OS client is Windows XP. Now I am trying to test it on Suse Linux 11, and so far its ok. But i have a problem with importing Active Directory Users when i installed on linux. I have tryed to imported them like i did on Windows 2003 Server, but i got error that can not be imported from non Windows OS. I tryed to use ldap configuratio, but i get error comunication

web page rendering problems in some Requests
Some requests, not all, affect the rendering of a page. The effect is that almost all names are highlighted as hiperlinks. You can see what i mean in the attached file.

Billing Report Setup
Hi Guys I am new in the netflow so I have a question about the billing report! I have 2 private links used by different departments. Financial department want's to know how many % each department uses for each link. well, all departments are different networks, so this part is "ok" My doubts are: 1) the link is a 4M full duplex, so how to setup the based volume? the price is fixed. 2) I cannot insert the same IP Groups for 2 different reports? thank you

Hi, I installed Netflow Analizer and everything works fine except the following. In the % of the netowrk utilization it stays 0% even if I'm making a huge download... Is this the right behaviour?

Blank Screen after Edit "Log A Ticket" Action
We used Application Manager 9003 and Service Desk 7513 in our lab and we can integrate them as a solution: When a threshold breached, AppManager will do "Log A Ticket" action and log a ticket to Service Desk. For around 1 week, everything is normal but We edit "Log A Ticket" action which we create at the begining, AppManager 9 allow us to edit under "Send an email" action (check the screenshot) We edit category, subject and we press Update Ticket, AppManager 9 show us a Blank screen like BlankScreen.jpg
Can not set a negative interger value for threshhold value field
I'm using both AppManager 8 & 9 free edition. I want to check http deface for my web site by configuring alert for "% change in Page size". When the web site's content changes, this "%value change in Page size" can be <0 or >0. But I can only set a positive interger value for it 's threshhold. How can I set a negative value threshhold?

Change Linux CLI memory count
Under Linux OpManager will look at the used memory and then display that, but this information includes the file cache which results in a value almost always in the high 90s and renders the counter useless. What OpManager needs to do is take the value of used minus the buffers and cached values to return a value of how much memory is really tied up, since file cache can be dropped instantly and thus there's no reason not to use all memory not allocated to applications for the file cache. e.g.

how can I monitor Active directory and Exchange
I have enable snmp on my domain controler. Opmanager can monitor CPU, MEMORY, AVAILABILITY ect. but it can`t monitor AD Store, LSASS, NTFRS, NETWORK, PerFormance Counter. I want to know how can I enable those monitors. I also enable snmp on my exchange server. I also can monitor the above mention monitors on my exchange server. but when I add the exchange monitor I get the status exchange service is Down. Can someon help to fix it?

Stopping health email notifications...
Does anyone know how the group monitor health email notification can be disabled, while allowing individual monitor notifications to continue to email? In other words, we are currently receiving one notification that the group health is bad, and a second notification related to the specific host monitor that is in alert mode. Today we added a new UPS to our systems. We gave it an IP of 192.168.1.31, added the hostname and IP to DNS and it is working great. When we tried to add the device to Opmanager we got the following error: "An interface with this IP already exists for the device calnt19.teraint.net" This is not possible, as calnt19 has no interface with that IP. netflow linux xhost problem
I have installed netflow analyzer 4010 in redhat linux and write a script in /etc/init.d and want to start the product automatically. But I found that I can display and show DISPLAY error. and I also add the two line in my script: export DISPLAY=localhost:0.0 xhost + But it has any result.I can only start the software in my linux console. Hello. I need to add manually the same software on several computers. This is necessary for that i manage the license windows server CAL. I add 196 individual licenses in software license and need alocate this licenses for each computer. One computer each time, worked, but i would to do all the same time.
