Refresh interval on Requests Page

Refresh interval on Requests Page

since the upgrade to the new hotfix, the "Refresh interval" for the administrator's "Pending Requests" page has disappeared.

Is there a way to bring this back, or access it via another means? it has defaulted to a refresh of "never", which is a big issue for us as we manually assign tickets as they come in.
