Look at this screenshots . I have a domain on Windows Server 2008 x64 Russian . (for Windows Server 2003 x86 Russian in another domain - the same problem). In one case (pic 1) - character set is wrong, in another case (pic 2) - correct.  Build Desktop Central - 70011 installed on Windows XP SP3
