OpManager constantly stops working

OpManager constantly stops working

Our installation of OpManager, which is a fresh install of both Server 03 and OpManager, continously stops working. This has been a problem since we starting using the product about 2 years ago, and is very frustrating when I get alerted of a problem by an end user instead of the product we paid to notify us. We are on the latest patch, except for the one that was just released.

When it stops working, the server itself is functional, but I have to either restart the server or restart the services. On top of that, OpManager decides to corrupt itself after about 6 months, losing our historical data and creating the need to "start over." I already have put money in the budget for a replacement. Anybody else have this problem?
