Web Services with Intregrated Windows Authentication enable
All, I'm trying to setup my web service monitoring. I was able to successfully monitor a web service that doesn't have Integrated Windows Authentication , but I have not been able to so do when it's enable. I receive the from error : Problem while accessing the WSDL URL. Check if the WSDL URL is accessible or the UserName and Password is correct : java.net.ProtocolException: Server redirected too many times - Also both Web Services are on the same web server. Any help would be great! Carl

We have Internal URL's which uses AD user authentication for logging in, when we try to configure the URL's montior we couldnt able to motior the same. How to monitor a WebLogic server through T3S
Hi I am trying to connect Applications Manager to monitor a BEA WebLogic Server version 8.1. This application server runs very sensitive information and it is very secured so the only way to get connected to it is via a t3s or https protocols, it is not possible to use the non-ssl t3 protocol. My question is: It is possible to specify the use of t3s protocol instead the default t3 protocol in the AM configuration? I have also noticed that AM requires "weblogic.disableMBeanAuthorization" and "weblogic.management.anonymousAdminLookup",

When you schedule an outage in Applications Manager Downtime Scheduler (Admin -> Downtime Schedules -> New Schedule), we want an email to be automatically sent out notifiying users of the planned outage. Email reports exception occurs
Applications Manager 9 (Build 9005) I need help...I am having issues sending reports via email. My alerts work fine so the actions are correct as well as the mail server setup. I select my report and click the email button > Email Report > To Address (selecting the email address action address). Click the send button and I get "Mail sent successfully" but nothing in my Inbox or Junk folders. Running SQL
Hi, I have created a MS SQL Database Server monitor and would like to alert based on the results of a query. For example: select count(*) from [db].[queue]; The SQL Server Management page says "SQL server monitoring has the ability to connect to the database source, process any query received in the database..." which suggests that I should be able to run queries and therefore do what I would like to do. Notification and Infrastructure View
I've severals devices under the Category Servers by example. One of them has an interface problem, so the whole 'infrastructure views' show 'Trouble'. I've got the alarm and the notification. That's Ok. Now another device in 'Servers' send a warning ( lower alarm level than Trouble ) alarm; I've got the alarm on OpManager but not the notification ! ( The trouble alarm is not clear ). What can I do to have a notification each time I've got an alarm ?
Service fails to start after boot
Hi, I have eventlog analyzer and application manager running on their own database. The applications work fine but the service for application manager fails to start. Is there any dependency that I need to configure so that the service can start normally? I can't have an application manager service that fails to read performance information from other servers...

BindException error in RHEL 5.2

Changing "groups" - consequences to existing tickets?
Are there any consequences or side-effects to changing groups on existing tickets? Prior to the establishment of "Sites", we built groups based on Location. Now that we have sites, we need to setup "Groups" to be of similar work requests (Desktop Systems, Telecommunications, ERP, etc). If I delete groups, and add new ones, what can I expect from existing tickets and our reports? If there are side-effects, what can I do to alleviate them? Thanks so much!

RemoveDBEntries for opmanager 8052
Good afternoon, We have a problem when we try to remove some devices. All seems ok however when we want to readd them, the systems says that the device is present into the system. We are using the RemoveDBEntries in order to remove completly the records. However from we've updated to 8052 version, we receive an error which is "opmanagerdb.portobject doesn't exist". This table doesn't exist in my database so, how can we do to change the .class file or does anybody know where we can download

Hello - I am in the process of upgrading to the current version - which I understand is now 7606. We were at 7014 and currently are running 7514 so I have a few steps to get to the current. However, I have run into an issue that I don't understand related to assigning Purchase Order Numbers. We have been using a letter as the first character of the PO number but when I try to enter this I get a database error [FAILURE :Database exception setting default configuration. Sub Accounts view is limited on Account window
On the "View Account Details", the Sub Account window is limited to show only first 110 Sub Accounts. If an account has more than 110 Sub Accounts the rest cannot be displayed on that window but must be searched as contacts. This search is not always possible because some Sub Account doesn't have any contact associated yet. A scroll bar or a "View All Sub Accounts" selection is needed.

[Business view widget] - Ability to click icons
Hi, While looking at a business view, it would be nice if the devices and shortcuts could be clickable (Map/Traffic mode) and reach the clicked device instead of having only the link to load the business view, then being able to click the link, since I already know that device 1 is in trouble, it is the device 1 that I want to see, not the business view, since I already see it :) Raphaël LEMIEUX Edit: Changed the Idea to question since the possibility already exists according to answers.
unable to edit business views
Hi All, We are running version 8051 and are unable to edit Business Views. I have tried using the server side "MapMaker" as well but after the login, it waits on a loading screen with the status "Client Initializing". Custom SQL Query
I apologize if this is somewhere in the forum. I searched but didn’t get anything back that answered my question. Each month I manually have to enter data into a spreadsheet based on the 95% percentile for in and out traffic. Now that I have 50 or so IP groups and multiple sites this is taking me quite some time to do. The consolidated report doesn’t display that nor is there a CSV file for the scheduled report for me to manually calculate the 95%. This means I’ll need to query the data directly

ADManager Last Logon Time = 0?
When running reports with AD Manager Plus i see a lot of last logon time = 0. I understand that this may be from computers and users who have never logged on, but in my case many of these computer I know for a fact have logged on at one point or another. Is there a certain time where Active Directory stops a record of last logon?
