I'm trying to use Opmanager with the WMI protocol, but I can't get it to work. I think the reason why it isn't working is because I don't know how to install it properly. That because I've never done it before. Maybe there is a port that needs to be forwarded or another service that needs to get activated but I can't find what it is. For testing the WMI I'm using a small free windows program called Solarwinds WMI Monitor. When I test the WMI protocol it says that the Remote server is unreachable and when I try to test the WMI on my laptop it says that the Username or Password isn't correct. Can someone help me out trying to find a solution for this?
