Moving from one server to another
I have had DC installed on a server for quite some time. I now need to move it to a new physical server. I was planning to backup the database, then restore it to the new server.
However, when I tried to restore it, I got an error that says "This backup file {100521-1027.zip] and the current version of the product are not compatible. Problem whiel restoring db please refer to logs ... backuplog100521.txt] for more info"
When I go to that log file, I get the following:

How do I resolve this and get the server moved to the new server? Both are the same build version. Please help ASAP. I tried calling your "support" phone line and got sent to voicemail.
