Username or Password is incorrect
How do normal users log into ServiceDesk to check their tickets? I seem to be having issues with a few users. If I manually create a new Requestor and then try to log into SD as that new Requestor I get "Username or Password is incorrect". I know the password and username are correct. Is there somewhere else I need to set access? Any ideas?
View User Log-on History day to day
Is it possible to view a users logon/logoff history on a day-to-day basis? In other words, I'd liked to generate a report that shows when each users logs on and logs off every day during the week. We want to track time. Saving the data as a CSV so it can be analyzed in Excel would be a good thing, too.

Opmanager 8.700 Vmware & MSSQL
Dear all, I use OpManger without the VmWare & MSSQL options, I have downloaded the last version because I would like to test these options. Vmware : When I try to add Virtual host, I have this error message : An error occurred during the discovery of ESX. Contact support@opmanager.com MSSQL : when I add a new server with MSSQL 2005, OpManager doesn't detect MS SQL. In the forum I saw that SQLserverAgent must be started but I haven't this service in Windows services. I have created snmp & WMI credentials
Upgrade to 8720 Broke GUI
Recently upgraded to OM 8720. The upgrade seemed to work fine but now there are no links across the top to the other sections of OM? Its juts blank, no "Intro", "Dashboard", "Maps", "Alarms", "Admin", or "Reports? Server is Centos 5.5x
Instability in the process SysEvtCol.exe (encryption enabled)
If the option Encrypt Archive Date is enabled, then the process SysEvtCol.exe becomes unstable: the process SysEvtCol.exe goes regularly in crash. The problem, apparently, it seems the same as Build 6002. Alessandro
Is it Possible to Edit the Standard Request Filters?
The pre-supplied request filters (such as "My Open or Unassigned" and "My Completed Requests") are useful. However, I would like to adjust them to make them more useful for the context in which we are using SupportCenter. I realise you can create your own custom filters but I don't want to clutter up the drop down list with a series of extra custom filters. Is it possible to edit the queries underlying the standard, pre-supplied request filters? Thanks.

Is there a way to have a helpdesk user use ADSelfService to verify of an enrolled user who calls into the helpdesk through the questions the user answered in ADSelfService before resetting their password?

I see where I can connect servicedesk to ADManager, but I don't see anywhere to connect SelfService Plus to ADManager. How do I go about doing this?
Report number of occurances of events
Hi. Is there a way to show in the PDF reports the number of times each event occured? It is quite different to see an event a couple of times and seeing it every hour.

We updated to 7.6.0 7604 and now we have an empty space instead off a red or green email icon(reply), we can still see red and green but when the system have sent an email it is empty or when we forward something it is empty. Any solutions?

Hi , I have OPM , with build number 8050 . I noticed that the in snapshot dial , the Disk Utilization information is wrong in both the graph and even in the monitor itself . I tried to make a new custom SNMP monitor to Monitor Disk Utilization and I used the same OID of the original one , but I got totally different results , I had a table of multiple values. can you please help me on that Thank you

Execute Program Action is not working
I am using Applications Manager 8 installed on RHEL4. I have created a new action of Execute Program type. In the script there is some basic commands like echo, ls etc. But the script is not working. When I tried to manually execute it through button it showed "The action --- has been successfully executed", but actually nothing happened. is there any clue that I am missing?

No data being gathered in reports , but monitoring is working fine
Hi , I am using app manager 9, and all has been working well, I have several http monitors gathering response time data, and I use the response time report to look back over historical data. However today I had to reboot the server that app manager runs on, but since then no more data has been visible in the reports section, it has all data up until I rebooted the server, and after that no data, its as if the monitor isnt running , but the monitors are running fine and collecting data in the

ADSelfService Plu administrator enrollment
When I add my domain account as an admin of ADSelService Plus, I do not get the enrollment page when logging in like a regular user. If I try to reset or change psswd it tells me "You have not enrolled for this service" but I never get an opportunity to enroll. If I remove myself as admin I get the enrollment page. If I enroll and then re-add myself as an admin, it deletes my enrollment info. So I guess I'm confused on what I'm missing? I have force enrollment turned on. It's a 2003 AD domain. Is

ESXi monitoring?
Is there a way to monitor an embedded ESX server? It doesn't seem to be possible, and frankly I am surprised I have not seen the question asked here. One of the reasons we bought OpManager was because of the ability to monitor ESX servers. Just so nobody is confused, I am talking about the ESX hypervisor that is it's own OS, not running on Windows. Please advise if this is possible or not. Rob
automated network mapping?
Hi, Are any of the opmanager products able to create a physical layer network map (visio style)? I've been looking for solutions and i've found plenty of logical map creators but only two physical maps (ciscos network assistant, but its limited to 50 devices and a product by codimatech). It would be nice to have something that plugs into opmanager and draws the business views. If there is no managenengine solution could anyone suggest an alternative? thanks. Matt
