error adding vsphere esx host OpManager 8.7
Hi - I keep getting the following error message when I try to add an ESX host:
Failed to connect to the webservice (Device Name/Credentials are wrong)
1) the web service is running on the esx server
2) I've verified the credentials a number of times
3) I've tried to add it both by name and IP
4) I've personally logged on to the web service to verify that it was running and that the credentials are correct
any help would be appreciated - Thanks
