I am monitoring windows servers with an account which has been created locally on every client’s machine especially for the monitoring purposes. This user account has been added to the Administrators group. This account has always worked fine up until version 8.6 but since migrating the server app manager to version 9, we are getting the error:

"Authentication failed. Kindly verify the username and password provided."

If we use the user administrator locally or a domain account with administrator privileges, we have no problems.
