Maybe I am blind but I can't find a report that will list all the accounts and group that have administrative rights.
Move OpManager install to new server
We would like to move our install to a new server. It is currently on Win 2003 R2 32bit, we would like to move to Win 2008 R2 64bit. The server would also have a new name. (The current name does not meet our naming convention). Is there a procedure to follow to install clean on new server / migrate database, etc?

Hi, I am trying to get more out of the reporting for SupportCenter Plus. Essentially I manage a team of people whom I rely on each day to log a certain amount of timespent. I have created a timespent report and sorted it by support rep and account, this gives me the total amount daily which is great. However I want to get more details on what has been done and the current status of the ticket. I would like to see a list of timespent, the account, the ticket number, and whether they are a contract

Hello, I only have the 30 day free version at this moment but whe are going to buy the full profesional version. Does the 30 days version support bulk delete computers ? I have made a csv with the name object in the first line and all computers under it. but AD manager Plus is not deleting the computers. The question is is this because of a test version.
Opening attached files in Opera
Hi, I have a problem opening different file types attached to the emails. Firefox and IE open them perfectly using the assigned software. And using Opera it converts any file name to FileDownload.jsp and doesn't recognize the extension. Even simple .txt files. Please note I have no such problems when opening such files from different resources. Only when I try to open the downloaded file from the attachment in SupportCentre Plus.
Business rule does not assign a request to the specific group
Hi all. I'm trying to create business rule that assigns a request to specific group and performs some other actions. E-mail notification if turned on. When a request is received, the rule is executed: I receive e-mail notification and see that all actions exept assigning request to the group are performed. However, I can assign this request to any group manually. What can be a problem? Thank you in advance.
linking service desks
Hello, Is it possible to link different service desks? We have a setup of head office (running local servicedesk plus) and 2 remote sites (both running locally servicedesk plus) With linking I mean if a request is created in the head office local servicedesk plus for a task/request that should occur on a remote site can that request be forwarded to the remote site servicedesk plus and updates are replicated between remote site and head office?
Error installing 7611
I am trying to upgrade from 7610 to 7611 to 8004. I ran the upgrade to 7611 and it ran correctly. Now when I try to migrate from 7611 to 8004 I'm getting an error message in the command prompt box and the upgrade fails. I'm getting an "unexpected end of ZLIB input stream" error and (Unknown Source) errors as it reads through the other files. The Installation Wizard just stops and says "Error Occured...". Any advice would be appreciated.
OS Deployer PXE Boot problem
Hi There When booting a Dell Vostro 230 into PXE boot, it boots into PXE fine and loads up and gives me the selections to boot into the agent but then it gets stuck on processing, please wait and just hangs there once I select to boot into the agent. Any ideas?

Convert SNMP response as string to integer
Hi I want to configure a custom monitor for one of my devices and then configure a threshold for it. The problem is that the response from the device for the OID is a straing value and not a numeric. Is there a way to configure a custom monitor and convert the string value to an integer value so that I can configure the threshold? Multiple Approvals
When I have multiple "Submit for Approvals" pending when one is approved the status of the ticket is approved meanwhile there are still approvals pending. Is there a way that all outstanding approvals have to be approved before the status shows approved in the main screen?

Cisco WISM (wireless) not showing up in OpManager
We have 3 Cisco WISM blades, each having 2 IP addresses. When we discover them, the first one we discover shows up correctly in the OpManager system, and the other 5 add without errors, but they do not show up. What should we be looking for when they are added? They do not show up as unknown or as anything else. They all have the same credentials. Thanks, Jeremy

Problem adding/editing a Technician
When attempting to add a new Technician and grant Administrator Priviledges, or even edit an existing Technician to grant Administrative Priviledges, I am presented with the following error message: FAILURE :Error while saving the Technician Details. Please report the problem to the system administrator, with the Error Code - 1,292,260,645,018. I'm running SD+ ver 7.0.0, Build Number 7019. Am I doing something wrong? 100% CPU use after installing Password Manager Pro
On my system, after installing PMP java have started using all available CPU for long periods of time (minutes). This slows down other applications on the system, and also slows down PMP operations. Can't find any specific action that trigges this excessive CPU use, but when i stop the service the system returns to 2-15% CPU.

List view for CPU's with multiple processors.
We are running build 8724. I have noticed the list view for our servers indicates showing 1-97 of 07 servers. They are not all displayed. I have to click the name column to get a reverse sort to see the last ones. I have tried to change the number shown but the last ones never are displayed. It appears that this may be associated with the multiple listings for CPU's that have multiple CPU's. Will this be fixed with the fix for the multiple listing problem?
Login as admin from user machine
Today I have started seeing a problem with loging in from my desktop machine. I enter the user name (admin) and the proper password. OpManager responds with "Please enter the user name". I can log in from the server. After a restart of the server I was able to log in, then the same thing happened latter. Please advise. Note we are waiting on a 5 user license. Business Rules - Inheritance
Hi, Is there a way to get a collective view from the existing Business Rules? I would like to figure out which Rules apply and set inheritance. We have several Sites, but we usually want to set Business Rules for all the Sites ("default setting"). When I browse the Business Rules, it is difficult to figure out whether a particular Rule is set for that Site, for "default settings", which apply for each Site and why the order is different. Technicians and requetstors are not reflected in the service desk module
Users created in the Manage Engine Admin tab are not reflected in the service desk technician list and even requestors are not refelcted in thte Service desk module.

Hi I don't find anyway to change the first workday in a week it's being default Monday, but in my country the first workday is Saturday. So I think it's good feature and flexible to add this option in next updates. Regard
LongtoDate to Year format
Hi guys, So I want to view the purchases made in each year, grouped by each year, I have the query set up, but the longtodate(po.ORDERDATE) displays the information grouped to the specific day, is there any way I can convert it to Year. For example, and this doesn't work, but you get the idea: YEAR(longtodate(po.ORDERDATE)). It's on a MYSQL server, but we'll be transferring to MSSQL in the next week, so if you can do both, please do, otherwise, just MSSQL. Thank you.

Hello I'm using the OP to monitor temperature and humidity of my data center through a monitor of Comet System: http://www.cometsystem.cz/english/humidity-transmitter-Ethernet.htm. I imported the MIB, I created the device, read the OID value through specific, but the value is an integer and must be converted to decimal value. Example: The read value is 213, which means 21.3. How to make this conversion? You can generate a graph of variation with the decimal values? Does anyone have any experience
snmp not working on some servers
I have 8 Proliant servers and only 3 are able to get cpu and memory and disk stats. I have snmp enabed on the server. I have tried the mib browser which I don't understand hopw to configure to test. Why do 3 servers work fine with opmanager? Second question is I got the web client to work with one host running opmanager, then I moved the opmanager to another server and I can't get it to run. What is the procedure to get this to run.

WMI Problem in opmanager

Where to look when device says imported successfully but is nowhere to be found?
