This is our issue - we hava 3 goups already created on the services desk plus - each groups has diferent technicians, when user request support they selected the approapite group and the technician within that group received the request. the problem come when the tickect is closed the technician within the group do not received the notification because the notification of closed is based on thechinican and not on groups.

 

Please add this funtionality on the new release..
