Call Alert Pop Up Time length
Hello, Is possible to set the time length of Call Alert Pop Up. Now is set ( I think Hard Coded) in 60 sec, after the Pop Up is closed. When the Suppo Rep Users have too much shortly call is possible to have pop up overlapping. With a smaller duration the Suppo Rep can manage all the Call. Thank You Alberto

Hi, I've uploaded fortigate MIB to opmanager. How can two OID can be joined so that i can have "ipsec phase name" and "up/down" status together. If this is possible i would like to set an alert when vpn connection goes down,combining the phase-1 and up/down status. Migration to MS SQL failed. Unable to backup MYSQL database
Following the instruction to migrate from mysql to mssql using changedb.bat, restarting SDP service twice and restoring the backup was unsuccessful. The servicedesk database was created on the SQL server so I assumed the migration was successful. After placing SDP back into service I found the mssql tables were empty and I was indeed still using the myssql database. I tried to backup the database again to retry the migration process but I was unable to backup the database. I do not want to perform

DuebyDate in Notifications
I think I've found a small bug in SDP 8, no clue if it was in the brevious releases too. I've defined a SLA of 4 hours. So the DuebyDate is set on any Request. But when a Request is created and the notification is sent to the technican by a businessrule, the $DuebyDate variable isn't filled. in the Notification you just see $DuebyDate. but when you then change anything on the Request and another notification is sent, then you get the correct datas. Outlook type behavior in "Requests" tab
There are so many different types of views in the "Requests" area of SCP, as shown in the partial list below. Currently, you have to click each one of these items to see if there are any items in there. It would be SO much nicer if you could put a number next to each one of these views, showing the Technician how many items were in there. How do you edit a monitor?
I would like to edit a monitor to achieve full se of opmanagers monitors. Some of the prebuilt mibs do not work on our devices but custom ones do. We would like to use the custom mibs so the gui monitors will populate.
Is it possible to edit default monitors MIBS?
We have a new Tripplite UPS that does not use the default monitors MIB. I would like to know if we can edit the MIB so the default monitors will populate on the devices main page.
After Updating to the Latest Hotfix Interfaces by Bandwidth Utilization Showing Wrong Receive %
The receive % column lists the link speed of the interface and not the utilization percentage in the widget. The same is true for the Interfaces by Traffic widget. This all happened after updating to 8723.
Delete Workstations?
Hi, we hade major changes in our workstation environment, number decreased significantly. Now, i´d like to have the numbers in SD+ up to date. Can i just delete all scanned workstations, tell everybody to turn their pc´s on, scan again and everything is fine? Or what do i loose deleting the old workstations? Any important database-indexes? Mail notifications [Resolved]
Hi, I'm actually in SDP 8008. Since SDP 8007 our requesters have no mails when creating a request. They don't have a mail when their requests are closed. Only the mail for the requests queues for technicians are available. Moreover, when replying to requesters, all fields are blank, and the object doesn't refer to the RequestId (it's written : Re: [Request :##$RequestId##] : $Title Thx & regards.

Windows 2008 Server SP2
Noticed that there is a Service Desk Plus active icon in task bar on Windows 2003 server. Not seeing Service Desk Plus active icon on Windows 2008 sp2 task bar This is making it difficult to ensure that SDP service is running without having to manually go into the services option on the server to verify the service status. MSSQL Dashboard View missing and one other problem
I have this problem with several servers that runs sql server 2005, the "MSSQL Dashboard View" is not showing on the individual server-page, is it that opmanager doesnt recognise the sq server on the machine or what? how can i change this? under the service monitor page the mssql service does show, so it seems strange that the sql dashboard view par isnt showing... one other problem also, when i use the quick configuration wizard to apply performance monitors to several devices at the same time
AD Reports for OU in Domain
Is there a way to have Desktop Central scan a specific OU in the domain for the AD reports? I was very surprised when seeing that our entire parent domain was scanned into the reports, and am now concerned for my job. I have this feature now turned off, but really do need it for our OU in the domain. Also, is there a way to purge all of that information out of Desktop Central? I have seen this question asked in 2009, but wanted to ask again.

Is there any plans to have the Service Catalog be site aware? Not able to see the Database list to monitor, whats going wrong?
Hi Team, I'm using OpManager since few days and it seems Greatest Product i have seen for monitoring. I have tried to monitor the database for our sql server. Provided the credentials to access the db but somehow i cant see the list of dbs, it seems empty but in the server we have some databases. Can someone help me to check where can i look to add the database to monitor? For another sql server everything is fine and i can see the list of database and alredy added to monitor, working fine.
Alert Profile's
I am busy playing with the Alert profiles. i have setup a basic one to warn me if any protocol exceeds10000 hits with on a hour to warn me. This worked well when we had a DNS attack. I am just wondering what other Alerts suggestions anyone has for firewalls. I have not intergrated this with VPN / Squid yet. Just looking at firewalls right now.
How to monitor different file system disk utilization?
Hi all, I'm a new on Opmanager, just got and installed the free edition and trying to use it. I have added a Linux VM which has 2 disks. One is root mounted, the other is mounted on /disk2. I'd like to monitor Disk Utilization of the second disk but looks like the report I got is relevant to first one only. How can I monitor the second disk? Can AD Audit plus know what modified in AD?
It seems that AD Audit Plus can audit the changes in AD but didn't know what was changed. It confused me that if the changes is right or wrong for our account administrator...can someone tell me if there're any hints to know about this in AD Audit plus interface?
