I have installed an agent onto a computer and then created an image of the hard disk using BESR 2010. The issue that I am having is that everytime I set up a new computer using the image it overwrites the previous computers details whenever it is logged on.

 

Can you please advise me how to manually remove the agent so that I can create a new image without it.
