How can I customize the description of "Domain Password Policy Requirements"?

By default, The page of PasswordSelfService will describe the following requirements.
- The minimum password age is 1
- The maximum password age is 42
- The minimum password length is 7
- No. of Password Remembered is 24
- The password complexity property is Enabled
Now. according to our company policy. We need to change the description below: let user to has more clear to change their password by himself.
- The most recent 6 passwords should not be re-used.
- In order to enhance the complexity of the login password, the password should be in a combination of 3 out of 4 from upper case letter, lower case letter, numeric and special character.
- User password should be changed at least every 90 days.
