Monitor a shared AS400 folder
Hi, do you know if there is any chance to monitor an AS400 shared folder with the "File monitor" feature? I mapped an AS400 shared folder on a Windows 2003 server. I added this server to OpManager. I would like to monitor if a particular file is present or not. Unfortunately the software is not able to monitor it and it says: File does not exist. Could you help me? Thanks

Trying out Netflow- Issue getting data
So I have a Cisco ASA running a later version of IOS. Im able to get my interfaces to show up in netflow, as well as the traffic protocols, IP addresses (source and destination, etc. I am not getting any data though, as far as percentages, traffic max speed, average speed, in, out, utilzations, packets. Everything shows up as 0.00 Any ideas on getting my statistics to populate?

Hi guys, I've been using AppManager and am having trouble with e-mail alerts. How do I do to AppManager send an e-mail alarm every 30 minutes for example, and the monitor has a poll interval of 5 minutes? AppManager correctly sends the e-mail when there is an alarm and I created an Alarm Escalation rule to send e-mails every 30 minutes if the problem is not resolved, but has not worked.Thank you in advance.
Problem monitoring Tablespace
Hi, I'm having trouble with AppManager. When there is an alarm, for example Tablespace alarming 10% of free space, it does not change, even if the space of the tablespace continue to decrease. If space reduce to 1% free, AppManager is still alarming as 10% free. I'm using version 10. Thank you.

Downtime Schedule Issues
Is there a visual method that identifies when a server/group/categaroy is actively being repressed do to a Downtime Schedule? When a Downtime Schedule is in effect, does it simply prevent E-mail alerts from being fired or should it also just "not poll" the object chosen. SMTP Outgoing Problem

Settings for the group: all tickets sent to application@domain.com are set to the group «A». Notification problem: the ticket sent to application@domain.com is engaged by group and the group member does not receive any notifications. Hello! When request comes with email, it always have some category. I need make that technichian must choose right category when he have request. Alarm if interface utilization is below a threshold
Hi, in some case it will be useful be alerted if the traffic for a particular interface is below a threshold. It should means that the device or the interface is having some problem even if it is not down physically or logically. For example an Access Point that drop all the connections. Is it possible to create an alarm for this kind of behavior? Regards

I would like to see a bit more flexibility on the time frame that we are allowed to archive. Currently there are options for 1,2,3,6 months and 1,2,3 years. I would like to be able to either define my own value for years/months or have additional values shipped (examples: 9 months, 18 months)

It seems strange to me that if I take an image from a machine to a storage goes at 80mb/s and when I try frmo the same storage to apply the template to the same machine on the same network goes only to 4, 5mb/s. It set to throttle to 1gb unicast and I have only 1 machine on the network making the operation and no other traffic. I guess for the upload of the master image you don't have speed throttle where you have for the installation of the single images. is there a way to remove this limitation?

In the Requests page when the users log in, the columns "Subcategory" and "Item" are missing from the columns list, only "Category" is available in the . Exchange Reporter Plus - how to fix issue with mailbox size report
I am having an issue accessing any of the "Mailboxes" reports found in the application. It prompts me for credentials, mapi is installed, and when I attempt to log in it just refreshes the site. I have restarted the service 3 times now and can still not log in.

OpManger 8 on Linux with WMI?
I just installed OpManager 8 on Linux as a development test. I currently have OpManager 8 running live on a Server 2008R2 server. Does the Linux version support WMI like the Windows version does? I notice under credentials on my Server2008R2 OpManager install, there is a Windows credential selection and on the Linux version there is not. Is this still a limitation of the Linux install or is there a module that I can load into the Linux version to get WMI compatibility? Thank you.

Purchase order Question, same products from differnet vendors
I have another question with raising POs. We routinely purchase items from a number of suppliers/vendors to ensure we get the best price. It seems that when we try and raise a PO in SDP, for a product that we have previoulsy ordered from a differnet supplier/vendor (reseller), then we cant order the same product item form a differnet vendor/supplier (reseller).
