ORA-28000: the account is locked

ORA-28000: the account is locked

I'm using ManageEngine Application Manager 10 build 10100, whenever I try to connect to my Oracle Database 10 I'm facing ORA-28000: the account is locked message.

Weird part is it works fine on my Oracle Database 7.3.4.


I'm pretty sure my Oracle 10 system account did not locked, as on another monitor tool Quest Sportlight running fine to capture Oracle 10 status.

Any idea/solution on Application Manager?
