Adding an Apache Monitor Displays as an IIS Monitor

Adding an Apache Monitor Displays as an IIS Monitor

I have attempted to add 9 Apache monitors, but for 2 of them, they always display as IIS servers.  Why?  How do I get them to display as Apache servers?  I choose Apache, and enter the same settings as the others, but they still will not display as Apache.
