Server in Inventory and SOM as failed install of agent

I am showing multiple servers that have successfully installed the DC Agent, and are showing in the inventory and seem to be working properly, but at the same time, they show under the scope of management under the Installation Failed. If I remove them from the Installation Failed list, they are removed from the Inventory and I have not been able to add them back in (even after reinstallation of the DC Agent).

Attached image shows how the server is showing up as having failed the agent install, and yet shows in inventory properly, and also seems to function properly when scanned and is able to receive software updates via DC.

How can I fix this problem?
