Netflow Pro 9.1 Service will not automatically start
Our installation of Netflow Pro 9.1 won't start automatically after a server reload. We have to go into task manager, kill the 'mysql-nt.exe' process, then go into 'Services' and manually start the application. Any idea what's going on here? Thank you, Ron
AD Authentication Question
I have enabled AD authentication on my Firewall Analyzer implementation and am wondering if there is a way to default the login option to my domain login instead of "Local Authentication". I am not planning on using local authentication unless there's a problem with my AD so I really would like to not have to change the logon method everytime (plus other users have asked about this option). Set default domain
Is there a way to have a default domain when logging into Service Desk. We are connected to a very large HealthCare system and have have several domains that show up with our users try to log into ServiceDesk. If we could have a default domain that would help out a lot. Chris
OPmanager Agent used
Hello, I moved to the latest version of OPmanager and I'm doing some tests with agent that we can install on servers. I installed agent on a server and in Admin tab - agent it tells 1 agent installed but nothing is showed in the list. I would like also get documentation about agent what it is doing exactly. Dears I wonder if it's possible to take something like, data back up(not software backup), from an already installed DeviceExpert and then import the data into another installation of DeviceExpert on a new system(OS or Server). Appmanger upgrade from version 8 on mySQL to version 9 on MS SQL
Currently running Appmanager version 8 on mySQL 4.1 and am upgrading to version 9. Liking the fact we can use MS SQL for failover, etc.. but need to know how to convert the data over so we don't have to re-add the monitors.

Un-able to modify "Category" field for existing Scheduled Requests
When I try to modify the "Category" field for an existing scheduled request I cannot select anything. Also the field doesn't display the category that had been set. When the scheduled request runs it does fill in the category. If I create a new scheduled request I can set the "Category" field. Can you please help with this issue? Best regards, Allistair PS. I am polling several Cisco Devices for CBQos-Data. It is working a couple of hours wihtout any trouble but stoppes frequently. When i go to the Interfaceconfiguration of the CBQos polling and submit the actual polling config again it will start again. Currently I am using the Netflow Analyzer 9.6 Demo.

Hello all; The Email User(s) to Notify field in my implementation of SDP 8 does not appear to work. Email to and from SDP works in every other way. I'd like to clarify how this field is meant to be used. i'm pretty sure the idea is that any email address you put in that field will have a message sent to it when the ticket is closed. File Size Monitor stating file does not exist
I am relatively new to OpManager, so please bear with me. I am attempting to monitor the size of the security log file for our servers. I ensured the WMI credentials were correct and that the path was correct, but upon testing the monitor I am told that the file does not exist. Exchange Server 2010 monitoring problem
Hi, Our customer is trying eval version OpManager 9200, we have trouble about finding Exchange servers/SQL servers We have 4 Exchange Servers 2010 and 8 SQL servers need to be monitoring, but after discover procedure, these devices was looked like generic servers (see attachment). Is there any method to tell OpManager which servers are Exchange Servers/SQL Servers, or this is a limitation of eval version? Do you have a list for me to tell the difference between eval version and licensed version.
Bios Date missing from Report Builder
I had been using an older build of Servicedesk for some time and recently upgraded it. After the upgrade, I noticed that the field "Bios Date" was missing from the report builder and I was wondering how I could add it back to the selection options available when building reports. I saw a report in the forum here with the Bios Date included, but it was a Query report and I am not interested in using SQL to build reports and would rather use the GUI.

Technician login count exceeds the license

Error with CMDB

Installed 3rd Party SSL and cannot access OpManager
Yesterday, I installed Entrust Certificates. I changed the port number to 443. Now I cannot access OpManager via the url using either port 443 or 9090. Notifications are no longer being sent either. I need to get this fixed asap! Thanks for any support.
Group Field added to SLA Criteria
The Group field is not included in the SLA criteria fields. Can the Group field please be added to the SLA criteria fields so SLAs can be sperated by Groups? Our escalation path is primarily defined by the Group who the request is assigned to. Cheers, Lew
Keyboard navigation affected after upgrade to 8.1?
After the upgrade to 8109 (from 8017) we lost some functionality using the keyboard as a shortcut to pick items in pick list drop down boxes. Specifically, from the Requests tab, we can no longer use the keyboard (up/down or first letter of an item) to move around the View Filter list (where you have things like My Groups & Requests) . This does work in other lists, it seems confined to this one area. Any chance of getting this functionality back, as we certainly notice the small annoyance that not

Hello gents, I need to move my Device Expert database from the old server 2003 R2 32 bits to a new server 2008 R2 64 bit, i tried to do a backupDB then restoreDB on the new server it is saying the version is different, however both application versions are the same, the only difference is that the old is a 32 bit and the new is a 64 bit. is there any workarround to do this operation? Last Update Time field ignores emails
If emails flow in or out of a ticket, the Last Update field does not reflect the activity. Specifically, these emails would be between Techs, not to/from the Requester (if that makes any difference). I saw another forum post that would seem to indicate that emails involving the Requester would in fact update Last Update field, but I can't speak to that at the moment. Hi there, How can I remove the icon (picture BMP) from the GINA customisation? Essentially we would like to revert back to the option for ADSelfService GINA pluggin just being the worded (Reset Password / Unlock Account) link.
