We monitor our VMware hosts and alert on disk utilization. We use thin provisioned virtual servers. The issue is that Opmanager reports on disk provisioned space vs datastore size and not actual free space. e.g.

Datastore_1

Actual size = 1TB

Provisioned for VMs = 500GB

Actual used is 100GB

Vmware reports 500GB free and not 900GB free.

Can this be changed as although I would like to know about provisioned space, I am more concerned about actual space remaining.
