I need to ask how to allow users to enter their date of birth using the Self Service application.

 

I have extended the AD schema and the attribute (dateofbirth) field is in the 'generaltime' format.

 

I am able to add the custom attribute (dateofbirth) on the self service layout for the user, but I am just no sure on the setting to use to get a date field into AD without getting the error : error code - 8007200b: administer credentials in .......

 

Please help?
