Our existing users can upgrade to the latest version by using the service pack and instructions posted on this page:  http://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk-msp/service-packs-hotfix.html

Note:
Before upgrading your production server, we strongly recommend that you try the upgrade on a test-setup. This is because
- The upgrade process involves significant server downtime depending on the size of your data. For instance, in our test-setup, we have found that for upgrading an installation with 2 GB of data, it takes approximately 2 hours. So, a test upgrade will help you decide on production downtime and you can plan for an upgrade during off-peak business hours or after working hours or during weekends.
- Also, if the upgrade fails due to database issues, your production environment will not be affected.

Steps to setup a test environment are posted on this link:  http://forums.manageengine.com/topic/points-to-be-noted-in-setting-up-test-environment
[The instructions are the same for both ServiceDesk Plus and ServiceDesk Plus - MSP]
