How do you or can you monitor first call resolutions in Service Desk Plus?
Outlook Form for new Request
I'd like to build an outlook form to submit new requests. I can add custom fields to the form but they don't come through in SD (which i understand). Is there documentation somewhere that can tell me how to tag/label my custom fields so they pull into SD correctly? I'd like to use Request Type, Priority, Category, etc. Thanks!
CAB question
Is it possible to set ServiceDesk Plus Enterprise to allow the CAB member to view the request details within the web portal? For example: Request type is Change Request Requester is: John Doe Under Approvals: Don Smith is a CAB member. We want Don Smith to be able to view this particular request when he signs into the ServiceDesk web portal. We are testing mdm in our company. We added 2 devices "android mobile"... and we have uploaded to the repository 1 apk file. And we have distributed this application to the two devices. The application appears on the device but not installed automatically This is how the correct functioning or are doing something wrong ?? Thanks
WMI based monitoring error
Dear Support, I got problem with WMI monitoring, cannot get data CPU, Memory and all monitoring. but when I test WMI credential setting get output normal, then I test with WMI Tester get output normal too. when I test monitor get data CPU or Memory show error message. Client that monitored by Opmanager most of win 2008 server and win 2003 server. but others server used CLI and SNMP its seem normal and can get the data. Now I used Opman Ver 10000. this problem show up when I user ver 9410. OS Opmanager

SDP MSP with asset explorer
Hello, I'm trying to feed my SDP MSP with asset explorer installed on my client side. I am able to grab the computers/servers and active directory users but when I try to send the infos on my SDPMSP (Off site), the list of users doesn't appear into my assets / requesters. captcha display issues
The captcha just about every other time displays weird. It seems to cut off letters. Can you please address this in the next patch? It makes this product look very unprofessional.

SD+DC
Hi! I have just installed Service Desk and Desktop Central on server, where they both work fine, also did all things for integration, and DC works fine. However when i try to connect from other PC, i can connect to both SD and DC individually writing servers IP and Port number and do whatever i want there. However when i try to click on integrated DC tab into Service Desk i get website cannot be found. Any ideas why this is happening? Both individually work fine, also integrated version works fine

Hi Just upfraded from Opmanager 9450 to 1000 and now cannot log into to the application !!, made worse by the Opmanager support portal being down :-( I need an answer to the login problem as its our production netwrk monitoring platform.

GINA/CP installtion on windows 8
Hi, Does ADSelfService plus supports windows 8. From console i have push GINA/CP client & installation was successful. However password reset/unlock option is not appearing on log on prompt. Please suggest. One more query, I have done re branding of ADSelfService plus, but still i can see ADSelfService logo when i click on Reset/Unlock password option which appears on Log on prompt. Locate build number
I am trying to determine what version of AD Self Service Plus we have installed. I can log into the site (via web console) but there is no link there to let me know what version we have installed. Does anyone know how to figure this out? I think we have at least build 4500 but don't know for sure. I want to update to the latest version to keep our system current. Thanks, Tim

SPM does not show any MAC or IP Addresses
I have a cisco SG300-28P switch and when scanning with SPM I get no MAC or IP addresses. I also have some Linksys SRW224G4P switches and those work fine. The Cisco are running FW 1.2.9.44
Brocade Switch sFlow inaccurate speed
We are evaluating a few different sFlow collector. We like Netflow Analyzer the most in term of UI, pricing ... However, we have inaccuracy in Interface traffic Speed. We setup the same configuration on our Brocade switch to send sFlow to both Netflow Analyzer and WhatsUpGold. WhatsUpGold is giving the correct speed, but not NetFlow Analyzer. I don't know if it is because of the configuration on NetFlow Analyzer. Please advise

Case Aging Reports
I am trying to write two new query reports used for case aging. We need to divide the cases into the following buckets: less than 7 days, 7 to 30 days, 30 to 60 days, 60 to 90 days, and greater than 90 days. I am trying to write one report for closed cases in the last month and all open cases. The sql below is for open cases and it works fine outside of Service Desk. I am trying to use the User-IP Mapping functionality but under Settings/System Settings I do not see this option in Firewall Analyzer 7.
Network discovery printer objects
Currently evaluating this product and most things seem to be good, but have 2 multi-function copiers that during network discovery show up as workstations. I can re-assign them to be printers, but the full printer status ie. toner/paper/maintenance kit, etc doesn't show up. I've tried to do an snmp discovery, but I get an RPC server not available. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Automatic report generation
Daily reports are going to some email ID's at specific time. I want to stop these emails. But in scheduled reports no reports seems to be scheduled. AddRequest API
I am a Chinese user, so I have to deal with some non-English characters. When I use httpclient getmethod to send addrequest to SDP, I use java.net.URLEncoder.encode to encode Chinese characters. Hi to all, I was wondering how to create a report for Work Log (By Technician and By Group) having work logs from both Requests and Changes for a particular date range. The reports available are taking into consederation only requests. As I understand this could be possible with a custom report. Netflow packets traffic and disk space for NetFlow Analyzer
Hi, we install NetFlow Analyzer for trial 12.03.2013 and today check disk space at NetFlow Analyzer server. Directory /usr/local/NetFlow has 377230 Mbytes and directory /usr/local/NetFlow/pgsql has 377063 Mbytes or ~375 Gbytes. But when we check a total traffic of netflow packets for this period, we see only ~45 Gbytes incoming to interface NetFlow Analyzer server. Can you explain this difference between real traffic volume and size of pgsql database? Why for store 1 GBytes netflow packets is required
