Currently we have two support emails - the noc and the servicedesk support emails. I believe that setup that we adopted is when an email is sent to noc mailbox, it forwards to servicedesk mailbox and then SDP polls to servicedesk mailbox to get the emails. The problem we have on this setup is, there are times when an email is sent to noc, and we forward the email, the sender becomes the servicedesk instead of the noc. Any suggestions to fix this?
