Groups Are not in Order
When you view group membership of users, they do not appear in alphabetical order, is there any fix. looks weird and its harder to view if you have lots of groups

AD Self Service Single Sign-On
When i enable the AD Self Service Plus SSO option, it will not pass-thru authenticate users, but rather cause the web browser to pop up a credentials request box, but will not accept any domain credentials we try, however from the standard web interface it will allow login. What might cause this issue?

Hello, I received a request this morning for a listing of the members of each of about 75 AD groups. Using ADManager Plus, I was able to pull create a list of user limited to those group, but the output was in a single "pile" of users. Is it possible to alter this report (or create another report) to sort these users by group?

Is there a way to determine data displayed in Organization Chart for the users. There is more information in AD than is currently being displayed. Users can update that information but nobody gets to see all of it.
Loading computer list...
I'm currently trying to generate the computer list from the user management > Local User Management section of the software. The loading bar gets to the same point everytime (about 1/8 through) and then stops. I have left the process running for about an hour now and still nothing has changed. Is there something i'm doing wrong? Under the 'Credentials' section the domain has listed the correct domain and ive entered an admin account into the username and password.

Can only export "All Users" report as CSVDE
Hi ADMP team, When I try to export the "All Users" report, a new IE window opens with the address http://localhost:8080/Report.do?methodToCall=exportReport&reportType=csv&reportList=true but the file download dialog box doesnot appear. Active directory templates user member of?
I was wondering in the AD 360 application. I read there are templates for creating bulkusers etc. But i can't seem to read anything about the user groups. Is the following possible Create a template with the normal attributes (phone, manager, ...) but also the security groups where the user has to be member off. i'm thinking in the lines of one template per department. So when i create a new employee of the financial department, i start with the template "finance" and this template is a member of

Vmware site recovery
Hi I have 3 ESXi 5.1 servers at my main site and 3 at my 2nd site. The 2nd site has 6 live VM's and is also used as the site recovery point. Whenever we run a site recovery test (every month) OpManager picks up the live VM's from my main site as now being hosted on the 2nd sites hosts. Once the test recovery has completed and it is removed then the live VM's from the main site are shown as orphaned. This doesn't seem right to me. The only way that I can get them back is to remove the main site

how to record MS Data Center Licenses and assign the Server licenses correctly.
HI, we are running all servers in an VM-Ware environment. For the physical Servers, we have purchases Data Center Licenses, so al Windows Server Licenses of the Virtual machines should be covered. I have linked the virtual servers in the CMDB to the physical servers. Is there a way to let SDP know, that the windows server licenses of the virtual machines are covered? Cisco switches and routers
We are on v7 of Service Desk Professional. When conducting a network scan, all of our CISCO routers and switches scan in as unknown workstations. I have specified the correct community string, and our monitoring suite detects them fine using the same string. Any ideas?

Custom Asset Fields carried over from custom Requestor Fields
One of the cool features of the Asset tool in SDPlus is that when you assign an asset to a requestor the asset will inherit the department, site and region of the requestor. If I set up another custom requestor field that I import from AD, can I have the asset inherit that field as well? Say for "Division" Thanks!

Hi, I am trying to reset passwords on a remote resource and can't see why it's failing. Strangely it works for some of my resources. The error thrown in Password Manager is: 1. Configuration information could not be read from the domain controller, either because the machine is unavailable, or access has been denied. So ill explain a little our system so you can make an idea: We work with 8 different Sites but all the groups are assigned to every site so that means we get for every "SITEID" a new "QUEUEID" for each group but all with the same "QUEUENAME" for example "Finance" and when we take data from WORKORDER table we get 8 different Finance
Unable to see .evtx files to add logs to EventLog Analyzer for monitoring
Hello I am trying to import Windows 2008 Server eventlogs into EventLog analyzer, however, when I browse to see the files, the folder they reside in WinEvt is not visible. When I go through Windows explorer I can see the folder. Any ideas here? I have no idea why the folder is not visible through the tool. Additionally, I do not have an Application Log imports tab, only the Event Log imports tab. Looking forward to your feedback. Thank you. CM

Could you please look at giving more flexibility in the permission for assets. It would be wonderful to allow curtain techs access to curtain sites / departments. E.G Tech A ( a asset manager ) to have access to edit and reassign all assets for site A, but not touch or change site B.
