In our organization we use ServiceDesk Plus that recently have been implemented.

We have quite a few computers that rarely or never exists in our internal network. This is the reason why I would like to add the agent tool on these computers in an easy way to the user (a user who might have problems to install MSI package).

The aim is of course to get an overview of the machines we have and hopefully install the agent on all computers.

How do I do this easily?
