GPO alerts no longer in Standard Edition?
I used to get email alerts whenever a GPO was modified. After updating AD Audit it no longer lets me configure GPO alerts to send emails. There is a message that says "Advanced GPO Alerts are only available in Professional Edition".
Scheduling Quarterly Reports to ONLY send at the end of each quarter
Hi, I've been scheduling some quarterly reports, and would like them to be sent only at the end of each quarter (i.e. April 1st is the day after Q1, July 1st, is the day after Q2, etc). However, when you check off only a select few months to receive a scheduled report, the "Every Month" check box gets checked; therefore, quarterly reports are send every month, instead of every 3 months. How can I make opmanager to simply ignore and drop the unsolicited traps, or maybe delete them after a while, instead of keeping them into the db? In about 3 weeks of usage I have about 2 million rows of completely useless unsolicited traps. Thanks
Exchange Health Monitor: Messesages Sent/sec not correct
I've recently installed Exchange Heath Monitor 2.0 and am running it against my Exchange 2010 server. The Messages Sent/sec listing looks like it is incrementing messages since server reboot rather than a current message rate. Any fix or work around for this?

There isn't a Container option in the ADMP modification templates. Is there a way to modify the Active Directory user object location in the modification templates?

Is there a way for ADAudit to send it's alert emails in plain text vs html. I have then sending to a ticket system that does not support html so we have to dig through the message whenever a user is locked out etc.

Hi. some of our users send their service requests via email to an account which is fetched by SD+. We have set up business rules in order to fill out some fields. How can I automatically assign a request template (including tasks) to those calls? File System Monitor Question
I'd like to monitor lots of folders on our file server looking over a period of time at growth and trending. I tried to set it up, but, it didn't work. In the scenerio below, please let me know if it is possible to monitor these folders: ServerA has a windows Share called 'Data' (Share permissions set for Everyone). Conversation override when merging tickets
Hi, I just noticed that when merging two tickets, one ticket's conversation overrides the other. Specifically when merging ticket 2 to ticket 1, ticket 2's conversation remains but ticket 1's conversation is deleted. Please correct this issue so that both conversations are kept intact when merging tickets. Jeff
Worklog Bug in 8201 not saving date when click on resolution first

Calendar and Outlook sync
SC+ is the best, but calendar is poor. Please do consider implementing work week calendar, with technicians occupancy in different colour. That would be conected with Outlook or Exchange. Seamless integration, meaning one can open account, mail, task etc. from Outlook should be final idea.

Question about a template based off of the office field in AD
I am looking at using this tool but seem to be confused if the tool will allow a template or automation off of the office field in AD or OU the user is being created in. What our environment has is a job title configures some user groups and the job title field I thought I could use a template for this but we have several other groups, home folder, company, department, etc. that is set off of the office field in AD. Is it is possible to create a template and then add this based off of another template

Attributes are: name,samAccountName,DisplayName,description,groupType,targetAddress,msExchAdminGroup,mailNickname The groups are being created as "universal distribution groups", however there is nothing populating the email address field in AD or the primry SMTP address in Exchange? What am I missing?

I have a csv file to create bulk distribtion groups. Attributes are name,samAccountName,DisplayName,description,groupType,targetAddress,msExchAdminGroup,mailNickname. I'm using goupType 8. The groups are creating as universal distribution groups. However, the "email address" field is not populating in AD and no smtp address is listed in exchange...so the groups can not be reached via email. What am I missing??

how to monitor Internet Traffic of those IPs outside of the LAN
Hi, There is an ADSL which goes to router. those IPs which are in our LAN can be monitor. but those IPs which are directly connected to the internet cannot be monitor. How can I monitor the Internet Traffic of these IPs. Note: Our LAN is 10.0.0.0 . and we want to monitor anything except 10.0.0.0. In addition there is no Proxy or ISA server to do it with them. Physical Memory Report Problems
I configured Desktop Central to show me a report on the physical memory installed on my managed machines. It seems like the report is showing some other interpretation of the actual physical ram installed. For example, if I install 4GB of RAM in a machine, the report will show me anywhere between 2995 and 3070 for 'Physical Memory (MB)' depending on the machine. I would actually like to see the actual amount of RAM that is physically installed. Why is this behaving this way? DC8 > Reports >

New theme (build 80234) is awful
Good day I know it's probably pointless to say this but the new theme which was released with build 80234 is just awful. It looks very bulky and cheap in my opinion. Report on time taken to assign a ticket to tech
Tickets are created by email and are open and unassigned. I go in an assign a tech to work the ticket. I need a report on how long it takes to go from unassigned to assigned. Any ideas?
Will importing Active Directory users overwrite/delete existing requesters?
We had an issue with a previous version of SDP where the scheduled AD user import task would alter all the requesters in SDP (change their dept, site, etc.). We would like to enable this again, but if we do, will it change any of the requesters already in SDP? I don't want to see users moved to other sites, department changed, etc. We're using SDP 8123. Hello - We are using HP servers in our environment, and their integrated Lights-Out management interfaces get separate IP addresses (and hostnames) from the servers on which they live. Therefore, 100 servers are showing up in SDPlus as 200 nodes on every network scan, and consuming twice as many licenses as they should.
