I'm trying to configure these settings, but keep getting this error:

 

Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus, the server might not be running or the network traffic may be too high.

 

The authentication details requirements are unclear as to what needs to be put in these fields.

 

The username hint says [For Active Directory Users, user the format DOMAINNAMEUsername] but no matted how I format it, the same error occurs.

 

Can you advise what needs to be in these fields please?
