can not access api link ?

can not access api link ?

Hi all


i tried three time with Chrome & firefox & IE but still receive errors ( access link API link: http://localhost:7080/oputilsapi/v1/ipam?operation=GET_SUBNET_SUMMARY&subnetAddress=10.199.64.0&key=41d8dbd0-5ff6-4162-957f-921f934f1486&format=xml )


with chrome & IE : come back home page after access API link

with firefox: errors page notice

   "Sorry, OpUtils finds trouble in loading this page. Please return to Home Page and retry the same operation."

Can anybody tell me how to fix it ?
