Upgrade

I wish to upgrade my install of manage engine to the latest, and also change the server its on
Current setup : windows 2008r2 / MS SQL 2008 backend, running Manage engine 8.1.0
New setup : Windows 2012 / MS SQL 2008 backend, running Manage engine 8.2 x64
what are the steps i need to take to do this upgrade?
