Running SDP MSP 8106 on MSSQL. I would like to run a report showing ticket numbers and the datetime of the last update (change in status, note addition, etc) sorted with the oldest updates first. Thank you in advance for your reply.

SDP-MSP 8.2 - Lost ability to add attachment to Account
I just upgraded our SDP-MSP server to the latest 8.2 version, but have found that there is no longer a section in the Account setup to upload an attachment. The help card at the bottom of the screen says that it should still be there, and for accounts which had attachments previously, I can download the files from the list view, but I cannot see any way to upload or delete the attachments. Also within a request, on the Account Details tab, it no longer shows the attachments that were uploaded for
Version 8.2 Signatures not showing
I have version 8.2 running in production. None of the personilized signatures are showing up on outbound emails. I think everything is configured correctly. Has anyone else seen this behavour? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have just installed the eval for Exchange Reporter and in the process of setting things up I find that I require a mailbox which is in the global address list and is a view only administrator or Exchange administrator. Can you please tel me why this is required, surely a view only administrator without a mailbox or global directory presence would be perfectly adequate. Thanks in advance. Geoff.

ER Plus v4.6 Build 4610: MS Outlook Error
ER Plus is installed on a Windows 7, 64-bit machine that already had Outlook 2007 installed. I got the error about Outlook when I tried to run Mailbox Size reports. So, I removed Outlook, including any updates for Outlook. I rebooted the machine, but I'm still getting the error stating that Outlook is installed. Please advise. I see there is a scheduler that can deliver a canned e-mail invitation for ADSSP enrollment. Is there a way to filter enrolled users from receiving this message? It's not fun having to extract from "currently enrolled users" the list and send the e-mail manually. Sean-Colin

Cannot Access Admin Login Page for AdSelfService Plus
Good Afternoon, We are currently evaluating the ADSelfService Plus tool and after hiding the admin login, we are now not able to get to the adminLogin.cc page. The error we receive is "You don't have permission to access this page! Return to home page" We had configured it to only allow login to the admin page from a specific box, and this is where we are now not able to get to the page to log in and continue configuration. We project to upgrade to the latest version: 5.0 SP 3.0 Someone, that is no more in the company, changed the login page for the basic users. Bulk reset of Local Administrator accounts in specific group
Hello, I have a resource group, imported from an OU in the Domain, with some test servers in it. I would like to do a bulk password reset of only the administrator account for these servers but cannot see how to do it as when the Windows resource is imported all the local accounts are imported with it. Change approved automatically by system?
This morning I raised a change for approval through the CAB. I selected my boss in the list of CAB members, he received an email where he rejected the change. ServiceDesk shows the change next to his name as 'rejected the change on 19/11/2013 08:53', yet the status of the change is showing as 'approved by system on 19/11/2013 08:53'. We just switched to DC for our patching needs. I wanted to recommend two quick (and hopefully easy) changes that would greatly enhance the product! It would be useful to be able to schedule remote shutdown by domain. For example, in patch management, you can just select the domain, and the included machine list automatically changes based on the scope of management as machines are added or removed. Hello, The translation feature allows us to modify existing text of english to another language, in our case 'Arabic'. We however have added lots of categories and sub categories. So in the request form they show up in English. Now is there a way to translate these new words in Arabic. Im sure there must be a way to add new words to the portal and its respective translation.
AD directory updates not getting to SDP
When we update an AD account, the room# or phone# for instance, those changes don't get pushed to SDP. Users that are added to AD show up in the SDP requesters list fine. How can I get SDP to reflect modifications to AD accounts? Thanks
