edit AD category template????

Build number: 10100
As the subject says.
Any server that we've scanned and set the category as Domain Controller, will have the extra AD monitoring set up.
How to set the template for that?
I can't find that anywhere.
Also, how to set a bulk "email me if C:\ is 95%full" notification kind of thing?
Example, I have added 10 server 2008 and need them to auto-email if C drive is full.
