GPO Reports, 'Modified By'
Trial is working fantastically well so far. The page for 'Group Policy Settings Changes' and other pages in that category do show all the changes being made to the group policy objects but the columns for Domain Controller and Modified by just appear with a - Does anyone know the cause of this?
Archiving question / suggestion
We have event archiving configured for ADauditPlus at 7 days. Unfortunately, it looks like everything is being written to one file, and that file is either being appended or overwritten. What this means is that if we ever need to go back and re-import data from, say, the week of October 13th, we have to import the entire archive. Why isn't this set up to write archive files on a daily/weekly basis with the date in the filename so that we can import only the dates needed? Also, I believe the documentation
ADManager Plus and Windows Server 2012?
Hello. Is Windows Server 2012 supported in ADMP 6? If not, is there an estimated timeline for the new domain level? We are currently using ADMP 6 for our W2008 R2 domain, and it is an invaluable tool for our daily operation. I need identify all users that have not logged in within the past 60 days so that we can disable these accounts (it's our corp policy). I know I can use the inactive users report to generate this, but not all logins are captured. I have off-site users that exclusively VPN (using a Cisco client) into our network. Change the mobile website to show more than 5 tickets
I went to browse the our SD+MSP 8.2 deployment on my cellphone and noticed that it automatically redirects to an http://<support site address>/MC address. If you access this site, it only shows 5 tickets at a time. Is there anywhere that this can be changed? I like the layout of the MC site, but it would be great if i can see more tickets than 5. Is this possible?

Report of systems without software installed
Is it possible to create a report to list systems WITHOUT specific software installed? When I try this using 'not like', it simply lists every audited software item that does not match (dozens per system) - vs only systems that don't have that specific software product installed.

File Shares
Right now I am on the trial version so not sure if this is the issue. I have 2 fileservers and about 7 shares I am trying to monitor. The SACLs configured properly only for about 3 shares on 1 server. I tried to do manually but I keep getting not responding after I setup the first audit so I have to kill it.
Migrating from one SQL server to another

Shared Network printer for computers in AD Group.
Is it possible to setup a shared network printer for computers in an Active Directory Group ? We would like to assign the printers to the computers instead of users. Tech auto assign - requests on hold
I'd like to understand, how system is working. We're using auto tech assign - balanced round-robin. I run query, status of the requests by technician. (by month) Tech #1 open 4, hold 6, total 47 Tech #2 open 5, hold 1, total 73 So, why the balanced round-robin didn't work properly? M.b. it counts all requests (open and hold), not only open?

2-3 Problems with policy, OU and GPO

The event-log on all domain-controllers has been setup in size so that they can keep at least two hours og security logs and AD Audit Plus has been setup to query all domain-controllers every 5 minutes. openSuSE 12.1 x64 - OpUtils7 - cannot bind port 69
I've installed OpUtils free edition on my linux box (opensuse 12.1 x64) successfully. The oputil admin page came up, and when i tried to do add a device on "Config file manager", i get "Unable to bind to port 69". Actually, i checked the oputils knowledge base, i'm sure before running oputils, the port was not occupied and oputils has been installed and executed by "root" user. still i get this error. After running oputils, the TFTP port is occupied by oputil: # netstat -aon | grep 69 udp

Keep reporting "Password not in Sync"
I am running PMP 6903 on Linux as PMP server. It is fine to manage Linux, MySQL without agent. For managing Windows, docs said I have to install Agent of managed Windows. I added a Win 2008 to resource successfully, I can remote reset pwd, open RDP in PMP admin page. However, when I verify password, the "Verify password status" result is "Password not in Sync", while the passwords are correct actually. What's wrong? It can remote reset pwd successfully.... Is it possible (now or in the future) to setup the Solutions area to be able to restrict an approved Solutions article to just one site? We have multiple clients and want to setup one service desk for all of them to use but we do not want the companies to know we service other companies besides them. Attachments Being Dropped in 7926
Anyone else running into an issue with attachments being dropped in OUTGOING emails? Customers can email in with attachments and they show up in the case - but when we do a reply and attach a document, the customer is getting the email, but no attachments are in the email. It would be great if we have an option to autoclose request if requester didn't answer on our reply. Sometimes request is created by user, when trying to get some more info, user disappear and no one answers to or replys. Hi all, I need to write a custom report that shows all the changes who's scheduled start date occurs within the next two weeks. I can't do this with the custom report tool as it wont let me choose a variable date in the future. Is there a way, using the query editor to write a report that will always show the changes that are scheduled to start in the next two weeks, regardless of the day it's run? Thanks in advance.
