We are currently deploying SDP V8 on our network. My team have suggested that it would be a useful feature to allow the creation of cascading list boxes as additional fields on the Incident and Service Catalog templates.

 

These list boxes would work allong the lines of the Category-Sub-Category-Items list boxes already in use and would provide that feature for company specific requirements.
