I need a report that will give me the ownership changes of our assets for a given timeframe. Some examples of the data I'm looking for in the report are if a pc is assigned to someone last week, I want that to show on the report for that week. If a pc is reassigned to another user, I'd like to see that show up on the report. Hi, What is the Holiday purpose? When I add holidays from Admin I can't see them in Scheduler view. If I add Local Holiday for me, I can see this Holiday only for me and not for other Technicians from my Site. In Technician Availability Chart I can see Holiday only created from Scheduler and only for me. Redirect http://8080 to https://8443
We're trying to redirect our help desk from http://site:8080 to https://site:8443. I found the instructions on this page (http://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/faq-general-modules.html#ssl1) to do it but it is not working the way I need it to. If I do that, then http://site:80 will redirect and not http://site:8080. I tried changing the appropriate line server.xml to <Connector port="8080" address="${jboss.bind.address}" and redirectPort="443" and running the changewebserverport.bat

Multiple date filter in report
Can I have multiple date filter in the report? I would like to filter by resolved time and completed time

Is there a way to set a Default Site for SDP, so that all new requests, service requests, changes, etc, will always point to the default one, and not the "Not associated to any site?" How do I stop SDP from adding rogue Domains and Workgroups to the Windows Domain Scan? This is extremely problematic for users attempting to logon as the default domain is ignored on the SDP logon screen and users have to select from the list. This is not a desired user experience, and SDP has been doing this for years. This has become an important issue since the executives have had issues logging in to the ticket due to this.

Hi, We have the problem that we need to login everytime we close the webbrowser even with the remember me function checked. Dont have this problem with other applications we need to login aswell, is there a function we need to turn on or change so we keep logged in even after we close the webbrowser ? New user creation alertings
It would be great if ADManager Plus could query the username and or email that is going to be created during a new user creation or through a template and alert the technician if the specific username or email already exist so that it can be modified before it's created. For bulk adds, it could load into a staging table to be able to check and alert. For a single user add, it could run the query before actually creating the account.
Exclude specific interface or device from charts
Is there a way to exclude interfaces/devices from dashboard charts? I have a number of routers and firewalls added to NFA and I really like the "Top Devices" and "Top Interfaces" widgets. The issue is, my firewalls process a tremendous amount of traffic compared to the routers - thus skewing all the charts. It would be really great if I could exclude specific devices, or groups of devices, from these charts. Is this possible?
Moving columns in ERP
Is it possible to reorganise columns as they're displayed in the ERP traffic reports. For some reason the Mailbox-Display-Name column in the Number-of-Messages-by-Sender report isn't the first column on the left as it is for the other traffic reports. How can I move it to this position, thereby pushing the others to the right?

Logo on log in & incident page display
I am in the configuration wizard and imported the new company logo. I checked on "show & use this image" and saved. I want this logo to appear when a user logs in to Service Desk plus and also throughout their interaction with service desk plus. I've saved, logged out, logged back in and seem to not be able to bring the new logo up. Is there a different place than the screen below to add the logo to bring it up on all Service Desk pages?
GINA Client & Wireless Authentication
We're running through some testing with our RADIUS policies but thought I'd ask here in case anyone has successfully implemented a solution for this. We run a mixture of certificate and radius based authentication for our wireless clients. So...if a user comes to the logon screen and needs to unlock/reset their account/password, they click the GINA client button...and as they are not authenticated cannot get a network connection, so obviously the ADSSP webpage does not load. problem with UDP traffic multicast
Hello, I have a problem with the UDP multicast traffic in an OUT interface , on the web interface I can't see the multicast traffic despite the fact that the multicast traffic is well routed by this interface but I can see the multicast traffic in the IN interface of the router. Hi I'm new to this form of support, I am new to ServiceDesk & am having a huge problem..... When I try saving settings on the Self-Service Portal I keep getting a Error 500, some sort of Java Code & that's it, but every other version of ServiceDesk is working correctly using trial accounts and doing the exact same thing. All I was trying to do was to change the default locale & currency. I've tried calling support but I think the times they are open don't correspond with the UK. I hope someone here
Assets with scanned IP report
Hi, I am trying to generate a report of all Assets that have a scanned IP. If I do a report of all assets 'IP address' is not a selectable field. Similarly, I can have the IP address field if I make a report on say CMDB > Servers or CMDB > Printers but not on CMDB > All Assets. Has anyone got any idea how I can get this information into a single report? Thanks
Inventory of websites on a server
Hello, Is it possible to inventory the websites which are on a server (Linux and Windows)? It doesn't have to be automatically. I have tried to enter the information in the workstation extra fields and asset additional fields but they are not shown nicely. What I would like to have is a way enter information per website like: hostheader, path, version, email, ftp login etc. With the workstation extra fields and asset additional fields the information is not proppely shown. Hi, I m trying to create scheduled reports, for example, I need a "At a Glance report" for a monitor group, it contents cpu or memory utilization and filtered by "bussines hour" criteria but not, there is no selection for bussines hour. this only possiable for comparing monitors and its unclear for multiple monitors. is it possiable to use in reports?
