Hi,
I would like to ask if anybody has had issues connecting to machines that the agent has been installed however maybe the IP address has changed and then when you go to connect it says agent unavailable? The only way I can resolve this is to remove the agent and install again through SOM. Once it has been installed I can then connect to the client PC. However I have noticed in the settings that the box is checked to update IP changes so I don't understand why this needs to be done, is there something I am missing?
