the email that was sent from Service Desk Plus (press reply button on each ticket) got i problem about image inserted on body email.

I could not see the image on both outlook 2013 and webmail .

On the email body, a error appear on the place of image, the content is: 

"The linked image cannot is display. The file may have been moved, renamed, or deleted. Verify that the link points to the correct file and location"
