Errors in Distribution Server Logs
Hello After upgrading to the latest version of DC (91042) I've seen this when looking at the "remote office" information: When I click on the "view" link I see this: I opened up the dsaccesslog.txt on the server, and for this distribution server, I'm seeing the error "DSERROR 10002" in the logs. For the other servers - which show "replication cycle completed successfully" in the web interface, I'm seeing a "DSERROR 10003" at every replication cycle. Cannot view layer 7 and source/destination data
Greetings, I installed and configure latest Netflow plugin for OpManager and I´m having problems visualizing the traffic by layer 7 and by source/destination. The device is a cisco ASA 5525 (no other devices are forwarding Netflow packets at the moment) and in the NetFlow plugin I can only see the raw trafic (Mbps and total Mb). In application tab reads "No data to display". So the server is receiving the packets. Are following limitations configurable? We absolutely need more than 500 or 2500 hits, or at least the most recent hits and not the oldest. This is an extract from the Adminguide SD+ Points to Remember: 1. Special characters cannot be searched 2. Request(s) whose description exceeds/or is equal to 64k cannot be searched 3. How to Extract New Fields from syslog data?
Hi! I have ELA 10.0 and I need to extract some fields (src/dst IP, src/dst port, etc.) from syslog "Message" field. I found guide for extract new fields for windows log data. But for syslog I can't see "Wrench" icon for create and apply new pattern to extract new fields. On this point I see "Assign Tag" instead "wrench". There is a solution for syslog?

Failed to Update the Vulnerability DataBase
Recently installed MEDC (V9 Build 91043) and found that I cannot sync the patch vulnerability database - it fails with the error in the title I'm not using a proxy (Direct to internet) Looking at the logs, it downloads the SQL Files, and then when it tries to update the database it fails. Multiple email adrress on To Email field
Hi, I am configuring the Mail server and I see that only one email can be added in the "To email" field. Is it possible to put multiple mails? The main goal is to advise several people if something goes wrong with OpManager server. Regards
SNMP VLAN Issue
I am having an issue with OpUtils v7.0. The problem is in the switch port mapper it will display connected MAC, IP Address, and DNS name only for the default VLAN. Any device connected to a different VLAN it will only show what VLAN it is connected to, but nothing else. It is a Juniper ex4200 switch and like I said the default VLAN has all of the info, but the ports assigned to the other vlans only show the vlan ID and the name of the VLAN, no IP info or MAC info. DC Agent install fail
Hi Recently desktop central agent has stopped installing when done manually. When pulled directly from the server and run the agent requests a batch file to be run (version 9). If I try run version 8 of the agent there is no issue and it installs as before. Has this been reported as an issue? G

Admin/Techinician Password lost after restore backup
Hi, We have ServiceDesk Plus MSP last version. Always I try to do the restore backup, I lost my Admin and All Techinicians user and pass. I tried to restore the admin password on Postgree (https://forums.manageengine.com/topic/servicedesk-admin-password-reset), but I can't connect to the database to change the password. This is the error: So, I can not restore MSP and can not restore admin password. How I do to resolve this? I appreciate any help!
Requests duplication in 9101
After update to version 9101 we got requests duplication if it created in WinXP + IE8. :( Any request is inserted in table twice, with different id's. In Win7+IE and WinXP+FF all OK. Can anybody help ?

ChangeDBserver not working
I have the following issue. We would like to migrate our current SD+ server (with MySQL) to a new Windows Server 2012 R2 with MS SQL Server 2012. We have installed and configured the Windows 2012 server, installed SD+ on it working via MySQL. After that I tried to setup the MSSQL database via changedbserver.bat Connection to SQL server established but when I click on SAVE nothing happens.... Any idea?

Firefox 39 and Opmanager not working
This morning I got the firefox 39 update and we can no longer access Opmanager with Firefox. We use SSL only and it appears that Firefox has disabled RC4 which is still used by Opmanager. Has anyone else had this problem and what is the fix?

Hello, I just finished applying 20 updates (both Microsoft and Third Party) to a Windows 7 desktop. Now, Windows Update on this system is telling me that two IMPORTANT updates still need to be applied: KB 2984976 KB 2952664 I've synchronized my patch database but still do not see either of these patches available. My questions are as follows: 1) Why are these patches not available? 2) How do I manually download these patches and insert them into the database so they can be automatically deployed?
How do I delete a software manufacturer
I am trying to clean up our database a little and we have some software that is no longer in use. I can see how to create a software manufacturer, but not how to delete one. It is not the same database as the vendor list under assets. Thank you

Flash Uninstallation
With the recent findings on versions of flash before 18.0.203, we are starting to update all clients to this version. However, we are experiencing issues utilizing the uninstall function. Namely, it fails every time we try on older versions. Does anyone know the applicable switches to include in the uninstall command? Any insight into best practices to updating an application while removing older versions? Our biggest concerns are flash, java and Symantec endpoint protections. Thank you in advance.
