I was successfully able to add some windows server for monitoring, however, 2 of my servers are coming under unknown category.

These 2 servers are restricted and are in different subnet. I have my NOC team opened port 135 and 445 for WMI, but still I'm unable to add these servers in OP manager.

FYI: I can ping, telnet these servers from the monitoring server.

Please help me out with this.
