SDP MSP won't start after upgrade to 8316 [Solved]
Hi, I just upgraded my SDP MSP to 8316 in order to get JRE 1.7 but now my SDP MSP is not coming up and got stuck at application layer and millions of dots front of it! I just realized you took off that update from your website as well! is 8316 problematic?! if yes, please remove the full version of it as well (Full download has same issue and its 8316)! otherwise please help me to fix it. Request Catalog : does not record "Responded Date" when technician replies
Good morning, we are having an issue gathering KPI's when utilizing the request catalog. If I want to track Response Date after a technician has replied in application to the requester it does not trigger an update to the "Responded Date" instead all of my Responded Date's are "Not Assigned" when I run reports. I also tried to add a note and consider as first response - however the option does not exist for Request Catalog. Any help would be much appreciated.
Difference between security updates
I dont understand why some office updates are included in patch management and some are not. example server 2012 according to MS windows update KB2726958 is ready to be downloaded and be deployed. However is not available in patch management as not being downloaded, not available or even declined. on the contrary KB2910941 was downloaded and installed with out error via DTC. So why do some KBs show available and some do not? I would love to patch all of office via DTC.
Special Characters not being imported correctly
Hi, I am currently modifying some user account information and there is a é in the text when I go to import throught CSV import I get a weird character in the place of the é. When I check the Active directory once imported I have a � in it's place. I currently have the newest build 5240. Here is the CSV file This is what I get in ADManager I have a lot of users that I need to modify and I would appreciate for this to work. Thank you

Hello, I'm looking to export my existing requester list, make modifications and excel and import the list in order to apply the modifications to the existing accounts. Multi domain managmenet for MSP´s
Hi, Has oneone found a good way to use ADSelf-Service for multiple domains (customers) management in single installation? The product seems great to handle multiple domains but if you have a domain list of 50+ you do not want users to scroll down to their domain when logging into the product. It would be much better if we could create unique landing page for each customer where only their domains would be listed. I have suggested this to ManageEngine but they claim customers are not requesting this

License not working after server and Java upgrade
Upgraded the host server to win2k8, upgraded Java to the latest version. Now, the server is giving me invalid license file errors on startup, but we just relicensed in October 2015 for another year. Any assistance is welcome.

Differentiate between physical and virtual machines
Is there a way in patch management to differentiate between physical and virtual machines? We have a large group of developers that run Hyper-V or Vmware workstation and have VM's that are on the domain. I don't want to waste licenses on these are they are constantly destroying and rebuilding them. I need a way to build a report that gives me a list of virtual machines that are being managed. I haven't been able to find anything that will give me this. Was hoping someone has been able to find something.

Adding Payment for purchase order
When entering a payment to a purchase order, it doesnt actually add one: Clicked Save In this case, its not the full payment, but vendor sent multiple invoices at different times, and I wanted to pay this one now. When I get this prompt I click cancel, because I dont want to notify anyone. Then I see no payment: Even if I modify the notification portion (click OK and fill out that form), it doesn't add it.

Mail Fetching Issues
Please I am having issues with my Servicedesk plus, for about 2months now I have been having issues fetching mail, its stops and starts again, but now for a very long time it hasn't started, we had to relocate the server of recent and when we got it back on it worked for some minutes and stopped. At present we have over 3000mails waiting to be fetched and this is putting us in a bad light need help ASAP. I expected to at least get an empty JSON response. I'm sending in following parameters per the documentation. DC Software Deployment Define Target
So after we updated to 91123 from 91083(?), we now can not select targets while trying to create any configurations or do any software deployments. Hi Support, I manage to get a user to register 3 questions, but when she tried validation process. Questions were shuffled, is there anyway to stop that?. Example: During registration user answer question 1,2 and 3 but during validation questions 2 will be first one, 3 will be 2 and 1 will be 3. I need questions to appear same way as they appear during registration. Thank you

Unable to Edit E-mail Id(s) to Notify
We have had several issues where users put incorrect information in the E-mail Id(s) to Notify field. This makes it difficult to close the ticket. Is there any way to edit this information so the bounce back email doesn't keep opening the ticket? Thanks, Brian

Assets assigned to department not seen in the New Request page
Hi, I have assigned an asset to the department via Assets tab. But when a user from this department creates a request he cannot see this asset in the drop-down list. He sees only assets assigned to him personally. The point is that I want to allow every user from the department to open request for this particular asset. Is there any way I can do this? Thanks

Hi I cannot customize my login page. I upgrade from 9112 to 9115. but when i create custom\login\custom.html it can not read by server and the old login page shown.
