Schedule Calendar view

If I assign a task to a technician which is scheduled to take several days to complete (ie start date and end date several days apart) it only shows up in the "My Schedule" calendar view on the end-date. Is it possible to have the task show up on all the days between the scheduled start and finish date? This would give a more realistic view of each technician's availability for additional tasks.
