Alarm keeps coming up for a service that doesn't exist
Hi, I have a service down alert for a service that I used to monitor, but no longer exists. The alert shows up in recent alarms, I can clear it and acknowledge it, but it will come back. I can't see it in the list of monitored services. How do I get rid of it? Best wishes Michael

NetFlow License Issue
We just added 10 more interfaces to our licensing to go form 25 to 35. The system shows that our license has been applied, but it still only shows 25 actual interfaces. There are still 10 more that will not show data and said that there aren't enough licenses. See attached screenshots.

Looking for a DDoS detection tool
Hi, I'm looking at using the Netflow Traffic Analyzer to alert us when there is an inbound DDoS attack against our network. Can anyone with experience with this product please advise if it's suitable for this purpose? We have about 5 Gb of inbound traffic so it's important it can handle this (and more up to 10Gig) of netflow data. Any help would be appreciated. Luke

Uninstall on Linux
When I run the uninstall script I get the error, "This application requires a Java Run Time Environment (JRE) to run. Search for one on your computer was not successful. Please use the command line switch -is:javahome to specify a valid JRE. Fore more help use the option -is:help." I already installed a valid JRE and tried the -console parameter. Hi All, I have downloaded the Netflow plugin and configured routers to do flow exports, but it is still not monitoring in OpManager I Found that after starting OpManager the netflow is not listening on 9996 after some troubleshooting i used the command line (run) to start Netflow, also no luck Any guidance to what to do ?! Receive Traps from OpManager
Hey there, I'm trying to receive traps from OpManager (over Notification Profiles) with another system. To receive that traps I need the OPMANAGER-MIB from the folder „..\OpManager\mibs\". But this MIB hasn't defined a trap. So it isn't possible to integrate that in the other system, because the another system need to know which traps are incoming. Why it is so? Or is there another MIB which I need?

Hello, I've successfully added our vCenter server to OPManager for monitoring (it's a Windows server) and it detects all our hosts and adds them as separate entries. However, when I try to add HOST-RESOURCES Monitors for CPU, Memory, etc, using SNMP (credential test for SNMP passes for the device, CLI is not setup), it says "Unable to add the graph as device type is UnKnown". I've created a custom report of logon Failures so I can filter to just an indervidual OU. But for some reason the new report doesn't have the top Logon Failures chart of the top like the standard report does. How can I add this chart to my report?
