Hello, I'm looking for a way to notify someone (the assigned technician and possibly their supervisor) when a request has been open for a period of time and has had no updates or conversations added. All the trigger items seem to depend on creation and/or editing events. This would be a huge help to us.
Move techs to new domain
Due to Active Directory migration, our techs and end users will be moving to a new forest in Active Directory. I need to have existing requests (closed and Open) for both techs and users migrated to the new domain account when they log in. How best to do this?

OpManager 12 and quick config Windows credentials association
Hi, Just installed Opmanager version 12 and detected servers by connecting to vcenter which worked to a certain extent but when I try to use the quick configuration wizard to associate the newly discovered vm servers to windows credentials there is not any servers which I can associate. We are currently running 11600 in production but plan to move this into live ASAP. Regards Paul O

Hi everyone, I'm using netflow analyzer version 12 free edition, I followed the instruction at https://blogs.manageengine.com/network/netflowanalyzer/2010/05/27/location-based-traffic-reports-geolocations-in-netflow-analyzer.html.I downloaded countrycode.zip and extract at /opt/ManageEngine/OpManager/, then I went to System Settings --> Geo Location and Load successfully ,but I dont see any feature like "Show IP Geo location" as the instruction.Can you show me how to enable this feature? Hi All, I’m trying to finish on the “Discovery” the OpManager Probe that I'v just setup. Although I’ve created the profile that I named “snmp” from “Add Credential” and save, I still get errored out. Hello, I began to activate "Alert" Configurations for several user groups, i.e.: Warn User 5 days before password expires. / Purge TEMP files. Is there a possibility to modify the text message in the Alert-Popup? For example users have reported, that these messages are confusing and they where not sure, where this came from; one had suspected a malware/virus, because of the plain look of the message box. How can I modify this? If there is no way via frontend: I saw that this is executed by wscipt.exe,

I have several custom groups and would like to schedule each group to do an inventory scan at a different time throughout the day but I can't find a way to do this. We don't want all of our computers to scan at the same time. Is it possible to do this? Thanks, Amanda

We have many cases that, at times, need to be updated with the same information that alerts users to delays. Migrate MySQL to postgreSQL in Apps Manager
Hi, I have just upgraded a managed server to become a standalone server. The previous version was running Mysql but I have upgraded to the latest Apps Manager version 12710. It has upgraded OK but kept the database as Mysql. Please can anyone explain how to upgrade to postgreSQL. Thanks Steve

Hi We have enabled active directory sync for requestors. Users gets added, thats great. How can you build an active directory sync without handling user deletion? Without LDAP filter to exclude disabled users in active directory? If this is such a big thing to develop why just add a checkbox so I can manually hide user in searches and when user is disabled in AD hide that user in SPD automatically. It is very annoying when I search a requestor in a request and I get 10 results and only one of them

I have remote asset explorer installed and there is about 4000+ workstations discovered using agent method. Among the 4000+ agent there is about 1000 workstations already disposed. unable to create account using different password policy than defined in resource
I have a resource defined with password policy A. I tried to add new accounts to the resource and after selecting a different password policy, B, The auto-generated password matched policy A while the GUI displayed policy B and an error was displayed stating the failed condition. This is in version 8402 running on CentOS x64 w/ postgres. This used to work, at least until version 830x (don't remember which one).

The script in Request Custom Triggers can not be executed
Hi, The script setting in Request Custom Triggers could be executed normally in SDP 9116. When we upgrade to 9207, SDP has the message "JobExecution Failed in ExternalActionJobExecutor: java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: java.lang.NullPointerException ". The request was created by the API, and there was a table which was inserted using CDATA in descripiton. If there is no CDATA table in description, the script can be excecuted successfully.
opmanager probe and ticket creation
Hi, I have SD MSP and some opmanager probe in our customers network. I try to connect the probe at the SD in order to create a ticket. I correctly connect the probe at the SD MSP, but when I made an "notification log Profile" can not select Category or priority or technician. The probe aren't able to see these value. If I try to test the notification log profile the probe create correctly an ticket but not is classified. My probe version it's 11600 and SD MSP version it's 9005. I read in the web
Home folder not getting created while copying user
Hello, I ran into an issue while creating a user account (copying an existing one). The template is set to map the home drive to \\server\share\%username% However, it picks up the the existing user's home folder (username of existing user) and maps it to the new user's. Please advise on how we can resolve this. Thanks in advance!
Problems with notification emails
We have setup a number of message rules that should send e-mails when certain things occur. Since yesterday some of these notification e-mails are not sent (or delivered) to the client. For example, when end users create a new case, sometimes they don't get the confirmation e-mail with the case #. After restarting the services it seems to work for a while. Any ideas how to start troubleshoot this?

Would it be possible to setup the License Agreement notification settings the same has the Contract notifications settings. It would be nice to had a separate email address to send Expiry notifications to. Contract settings: License Agreement Notification settings: Need the email id's box added to license agreements.
Problem with adding a monitor
