When we get an alert in opmanager, let's say it's a basic memory problem.

After we get the alert we connect to the related server to check the services to reduce the memory and reduce it by removing the unnecessary services or restart the services.

Then we get 1 clear alert in opmanager but the clear e-mail keeps coming.

Any idea how to solve it ? Thanks in advance.
