Difficults to create sound notifications
Dear, We're trying to create a sound alarm on Opmanager, but it doesn't work. We create a "Run program" calling java to execute the audio file, but it doesn't work. We used the follow command: Command name: ./jre/bin/java Program attributes: -classpath ./classes/OpManagerServerClasses.jar com.adventnet.me.opmanager.server.alert.AudioNotifier ./conf/application/scripts/MySoundFile.wav PS: We wish play the sound on client web navigator (remotely) If we call the command above in a MSDOS using Java
INFLOW/OUTFLOW TRAFFIC SAMPLING TIME
Please can someone show me how to reconfigure the sampling time of my opmanager Db for the inflow traffic and outflow traffics so that the initial sample time daily is exactly 12:00:00 am. Currently, daily clock starts at 12:03:56am. My organisation needs first sample time daily to be exactly 12:00:00 am. Thanks ahead for your responses.
Missing translation when trying to add the google map v12.1
I downloaded and extracted the gmaps.zip file and then uploaded the map.htlm file on the google maps in the maps view. This was the text that was displayed in Internet Explorer. I also get a "oops something went wrong" error when trying to view the google map view in Chrome. Can't see 1 device in application
We have license premium for 2 devices, atm i can't see in application logs from one device but it is up in device details and in packet count i can see many packets received. I restarted server, firewall analyzer, firewall asa 5520 but not working still, i . It works well like 1 year ;( before. I create new syslog server but still 0 logs in application. u can see this in device.jpg
Implications of changing domain name
Hi We've recently change our organisation's name, and now have a new domain name, and all email addresses have changed. Is there anything to be aware of from other people's experience? There's a couple of people with duplicate requesters, but not a lot, it seems to have updated the email address for most people ok. I'll have to review all the templates I guess?

Dear all, I would like to ask, if there is a possibility to remove (or at least to edit it) the whole right side / panel on requester's home page - Watch Portal Usage video and the text below. My second, major, question is regarding the initial password, which the requester receives for the first time, when he creates the request via e-mail. Disconnection of Probe with the OPMC
Hi , There is a frequent disconnection of site probe from OPMC.This gets reconnected once the services are rebooted always.Tried the IntDB from the path C:\ManageEngine\OpManagerProbe\pgsql\scripts but still the same. ManageEngine NetFlow Analyzer 9 is not running
HI I am using CentOS 7 and after installing neflow analyzer the service keep on stopping. As soon I start the service by /etc/init.d/netflowanalyzer start it starts and after a few seconds, if we check the status, the service is not running. Can you tell me if I am missing something
Link ticket to Purchase Order
If a user requests a new asset via Helpdesk ticket, and a purchase order needs to be submitted for that new asset to be approved/purchased, it would be very helpful if a purchase order could be 'linked' to a helpdesk ticket allowing the original requester to see the status of the purchase order. This way we could refer them to their ticket for status updates as to whether or not an item has been approved, if it has been ordered, and so on.
Can't Reset Password for Other Domains

SCBS I have account & service account on SCBS and I want to reset this account but PMP can't reset it, on windows notification display "Access denied" Compare with service account on BTPNS, PMP able to reset service account with succesfull. Report column consistency
I have a report which shows number of calls per agent by request mode. However if for a reporting period there were no calls logged by a particular request mode or by an agent the column or row does not appear on the report. Because I export this report and it is combined with data from other sources I need the data to be consistent. Is there a way to achieve this? I see there are some features/options with the product, that can automate disabling and moving a disabled user to an OU and removing their attributes. But is there a way in the automation to first export/e-mail all the users' AD info (like running the powershell cmdlet "get-aduser -properties *") first, before doing the disabling and attribute scrubbing? SQL has encrypted mdf files
Hi, we were hacked by a very bad virus today. Which my one of my I.T. staff decided to tell me our last backup of the sql databases is 12 days old. The virus has encrypted the mdf files, but not touched the ldf files. Also our T-log backups are not available but we have a full t-log from the original server. Is there any way we can take a 12 day old backup of the mdf files and some how bring it up to date by importing the ldf files?
Juniper ScreenOS devices failing

I have recently installed DC 9 v 92071 on a test machine (WIndows 7) in a domain with the local Windows firewall turn on. Using a domain group policy, inbound rules for ports 8020, 8022, 8027, 8031, 8032, 8081, 8082, 8383, 8443 and 8444 have been opened. A PC with the agent on it is shutting down? 2. the server with the DC software installed is shutting down? I need some assistance in getting the application monitoring working
I added a print server first as a host and then in the application tab. After this I added the registry entries as suggested in http://help.eventloganalyzer.com/adding-host$addPrint. Further I restarted the spooler and event log services. No data is gathered. Also I did the wbemtest test with the account used. Nu luck sofar. Does anyone have a suggestion?

ran into a recent problem with downloading patch associated with KB890830-X64-V5.34.exe (Patch ID: 20328). this is causing patch configuration jobs on windows 2012R2 servers to fail because it can't download that patch. this means i have to go back and remove that patch from the list of patches until i run into the next patch that has this problem. can you clarify what i can do to resolve this issue permanently?
