I have installed the Manageengine Servicedesk Plus and Analytics Plus on the same system.I am able to access the Service desk plus URL from the network but not able to access the Analytics Plus URL from the network.

I am able to telnet the 8443 (Analytics Plus) TCP port from the network but URL is not working.

It will be very helpful if anyone can help me to fix this.

Servicedesk Plus URL: https://<domainname>

Analytics Plus URL: https://<domainname>:8443
