Our organisation will shortly be making the switch to a newer version of SD+ and as part of the configuration I have been asked to investigate whether it is possible for a change to be put back to "Planning" or "Submission" stages by the Change Requester once its at "Approval".

Currently Change Requesters have to ask the Change Managers to do this for them on their behalf which can be cumbersome. 

So for example if a Change Requester creates a CR and completes the Submission and Planing Stages, knocks it onto Approval and realizes they've made a mistake or need to add more detail, change the scheduled start/end times etc. 

The option to push this back a stage or two doesn't seem to exist for the Change Requester role once its at Approval.  

Is this possible? I have toyed with the idea that Requesters can "Reject" the Planning Stage which then pushes the CR back to Submission but threre's no option to do this once the CR is at Approval without giving them the access to approve their own changes which we dont want. 

Any information would be great appreciated.
