Good day We are wanting to test out OpMan v12 in a standalone environment (separate to our current, licenced OpMan installation) - so basically, we want the current Central server and probes to run individually to the new OpMan v12 setup. This is for numerous reasons: 1. We possible want to do a clean OpMan install as opposed to an in-place upgrade, then just migrate the monitoring configuration over in batches. 2. Tied to the above reason, we want to approach network device and netflow monitoring

How to change the graphic data interval
I set the monitoring interval to 5 Min. When displaying the interface traffic graphic, if the period set to today,the graphic data interval is 5mins. if the period set to this month, the graphic data interval is 24 hours. Too few data, so the graphic is not representative. How can I change the graphic data interval to 5mins when I set the period to this month? Thanks.
Auto Add Device Note field value
Is there anyway we can auto add the value for a device note field. Currently we are now only using 1 field name in the device notes. We would like to auto add a static value to the 1 field name when a device is added to Opmanager.
Opmanager 12.1 Removing SQL monitors
Hello, In my discovery, MS SQL monitors were added. Because these monitors are set with default values, they are almost always in some form of alarm. I would like to remove all ms sql monitors until I can define thresholds, and then re add them. Problem is I cant find a way to remove said monitors en masse. I can do it per server, but there are a lot of them. Is there a way to remove all MS SQL monitors from all devices? Thanks, Blane
Change/Fix Opmanager URL in notification email
We have opmanager using a SSL so the URL should start with HTTPS, but when a user received a notification email from our opmanager server the url in any of the hyperlinks all start with HTTP. How can we change or fix the issue so all hyperlinks in the URL start with HTTPS? Under Settings->Basic Settings->Server Settings the server port is set for 443.
MS SQL Server - monitor multiple instances and mirroring state
We are using SQL Server mirroring. I would like to setup monitors to check is the mirror is running. I would like to know two things: Which databases should be in mirror Which databases mirror is being paused or anything else that's other than running. Our SQL Server has multiple instances, but OpManager discovers only the default instances and not the named instances. How can I add named instances and how can I monitor mirrored databases?
Remove alarm generation - VMWare
Is it possible to remove certain alarms generated from VCenter? for example we currently get a number of alarms generated (attention level) when a new VM is created or when a VMotion takes place. As most of the time we are the ones actually completing this take we would like to stop this alarm from being generated We are using 11600 if that helps.

Unable to delete SNMP monitor
Under the 12100 build I can't find an option to delete a few SNMP custom monitors that I created with a testing purpose. I'm not trying to remove the monitor-template association, I need to delete the custom monitor from the list. Regarding OpManager Bld 12100 and screen size
Hi First time poster here. I'm running a demo for 12100 (currently using 11x) and wondering is there a way to expand the page content? I have a beautiful Apple 17" display and when I open Opmanager it only takes up half the browser screen...is there anyway to allow the content to expand as wide as the browser screen? It would make it much easier (IMHO) and woudl allow things like the VMWare map to display a little clearer.

Reconfigure OpManager build 12100 to use MySQL database backend instead of PostgreSQL
Hi, as the title stated we're evaluating a step towards MySQL instead the default PostgreSQL bundled in the latest 12100 build. I tried the procedure stated here https://forums.manageengine.com/topic/reconfigure-opmanager-to-use-mysql-database-backend but the service won't start - I can't even find the startup script or binaries for the MySQL server in the root path. REQUEST - Adding a business view to the google map page
Right now you can only pick a single device at a time to the google map, can you make it to where you could add a business view to it? I have datacenters that I have a business view created for and would like to add that view as a pin on the google map. Right now I can only add one device at a time and with hundreds of devices in a datacenter you just cannot do it well the way it is setup now. Thanks!

ShutDownOpManager.sh script not working
The only way to shutdown the numbers of processes spawned by the startup script is to call bin/ShutDownOpManager.sh from the OpManager install path; but the script doesn't work. monitor quotas 2008-2012 file shares
We use quotas on 2008/2012 file servers to keep our minions from chewing through disk space like candy. We are comparing opmanager and two other products and we need to be able to not only monitor the partition usage but also the share usage (directories on the disk). as an example DISK E: size: 2TB then we have the following e:\shares\Share1 (200gb quota) e:\shares\Share2 (100gb quota) e:\shares\Share3 (50gb quota) e:\shares\Share4 (500gb quota) if we monitor E: (which can only ever get to 850GB
Notification Profiles - Run Program and Run System Command not working in OpManager
Good afternoon, We are experiencing some issues when using "Run Program" and "Run System Command" notification profiles in OpManger. In fact, neither of them are actually working. We tried to test actions and an emergent window said the command executed properly, but in fact it does nothing. We tried running a batch file in the /bin and in the root directory, then we tried to execute the commands through the "Run System Command" option but it didn't work too. We are currently using OpManager V11

vm's not being deleted in Opmanager v12.1 on Hyper-V server
We deleted 18 vm's from our Hyper-V server, but in Opmanager on the hyper-v server it is still showing vm's we deleted. We added the hyper-v host settings->discovery->add hyper-v. The monitoring is set for 5 mins, we deleted the vm's on the hyper-v host 2 hours ago. Opmanager does have it classified as a hyper-v host. Is there a patch needed for this or is there a setting that needs to be changed. We currently only have 1 hyper-v host. We will be adding on our vCenter server into Opmanager and that

Hello, I am using OpManager 12. I have a server that I need to monitor that I do not have SNMP, WMI, or any other access to other than ICMP. I can add the device, and I can see two stats. availability and packet loss. I would like to configure a monitor such that when packetloss exceeds 20%, I am notified. Pretty much all the monitors I have seen are based on polling data pulled from the device via SNMP or WMI, and I can not seem to find a simple 'ping' threshold that I can assign to the device.
